**Job Description**:
As a People & Engagement Coordinator at Egis, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our efforts to enhance employee engagement and well-being. You will be responsible for various tasks related to promoting a positive workplace culture and employee relations, as well as supporting projects and initiatives that contribute to our organization's sustainability goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and coordinate initiatives and programs aimed at promoting employee engagement, well-being, and a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain records and databases related to employee engagement and well-being activities, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support activities and initiatives related to employee relations and workplace harmony.
- Assist in benefits administration and provide support for projects and initiatives that contribute to our sustainability goals.
- Prepare reports and documents related to employee engagement and well-being as needed.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance our efforts in creating a sustainable and engaging work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role focused on employee engagement, well-being, or organizational development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience using any of the following systems is advantageous; Connx, Docusign & Oracle
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines related to employment practices.
