**About the role**:
Make-A-Wish is seeking an experienced, motivated and creative National Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of multi-channelled fundraising campaigns to acquire new cash and regular donors to the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving & Philanthropy you will be responsible for;
- Optimising the 12-month onboarding journey for new donors and regular giving continuation of campaigns, including internal outboard telemarketing and communication journeys.
- Research and execute campaigns through new channels and explore innovation within campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including creative, digital, data and operations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimising and improvement
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns meet performance targets
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices and new technologies to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.

**About You**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven project management, and experience and success in driving revenue
- Demonstrated success in supporting multi-channelled campaigns in areas such as direct marketing and campaign-management
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Pipeline and budget management experience with proven results in meeting or exceeding targets
- A background in direct marketing, loyalty program management and relationship account management from within the not-for-profit space or a commercial setting is desirable
