As the Learning and Development Specialist you will create, facilitate, and implement innovative and high-quality learning solutions that improve the capabilities of the Dutton Automotive people. You will utilise a variety of learning methods to address skill gaps and improve overall employee performance.

You will work with the People & Culture team, to identify current and future training needs, design learning solutions and implement strategies that include evaluating impact on business performance and return on investment.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

In conjunction with the Head of People & Culture, you will develop an L&D Strategy and calendar of L&D events that supports the business objectives, including but not limited to:

- Develop the Dutton Automotive training calendar.
- Design and deliver blended learning solutions using a range of methods such as virtual workshops, content curation and e-learning resources.
- Project management of our core Talent Development programs, including Onboarding; Sales Management, Buying, Financial Management and Mentoring.
- Support our Performance & Development Process by developing training material; and providing progress reports.
- SME for our Learning Management system (EdApp).
- Identify new opportunities for program development by connecting with the wider business, and then take ideas from concept to delivery.
- Planning, coordinating and delivering customer-centric learning initiatives for designated business units.
- Delivery of team member & leadership training programs including, but not limited to selling, buying, service, processes, systems, core leadership development.
- Develop workforce skills and capabilities to better meet business needs and to assist career development of the workforce.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development and/or Organisational Development role.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain.
- Customer-centric approach when dealing with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and Time Management.
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, positive mindset to be successful.
- Previous experience in the Automotive industry an advantage.
