The key focus of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service to our Client’s customers. The Customer Service Advisor is a key role, providing front-line support to customers in a contact centre capacity and serving as the face of our Clients and the Kognitiv brand.

You will service inbound phone calls from customers, taking ownership of all requests, enquiries and issues to ensure an exceptional customer service experience is achieved.

The opportunity will be based in New South Wales, there will however be a requirement to attend the initial training in our Sydney offices.

**Areas of key responsibilities**:

- Confidently answer and expertly handle calls from our customers and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Administration of customer accounts with high attention to detail.
- Escalating, managing and closing out customer enquiries.
- Value add service delivery with the focus of enhancing customer experiences.
- Accountability for the output and quality of your work
- Ensure achievement of SLA’s on-call quality / calls handle time
- Aim for first call resolution and an active attempt to reduce customer complaints

**Background and Experience**:
What are the requirements for this position in terms of education, knowledge and experience in order to accomplish the responsibilities and deliver the desired end results?
- Exceptional customer service skills providing a professional tone Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Must comply with company policies and procedures including but not limited to IT security policy, vacation rules and privacy.
- Must participate in mandatory training such as OH&S training, data privacy training and security training or any other training as required.
- Previous experience in Contact Centre environment is desired.
