**Grade 7/8, Temporary opportunity until 31st August 2023 with the view to extend or be made ongoing**
**About this role**
We are seeking a Talent and Inclusion Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition and Onboarding team where you will focus on attracting a diverse workforce as unique as the communities we serve.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the delivery of contemporary customer focused inclusive talent acquisition solutions and services across the Department in line with our Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan.
Working closely with our Employee Experience and Business Partnering teams, you will assist in the delivery of plans relating to the attraction, development and retention of a diverse workforce and an inclusive workplace.
You will also provide education, advice and support to managers and staff to develop awareness, capability and confidence in the recruitment and inclusion of people who identify as LGBTQI+, people with a disability, people who come from a variety of cultural, religious, or ethnic backgrounds and workers of all ages.
You will be a passionate change agent, who is relatable, energetic, and goal driven with strong communication skills and proven experience on delivering results.

We support over 12,000 + staff working across multiple agencies who are delivering on our vision of providing the people of NSW with a great customer service when interacting with NSW Government.
