**YOUR ROLE**

The Injury Management Advisor provides best practice injury management support across the Workers Compensation claims business. Working as part of a national multidisciplinary team, the role drives and delivers continuous improvement programs to maximise the return to work, health, and life outcomes for injured workers. The role also works closely with internal claims staff and external stakeholders to facilitate the provision of the right healthcare and return to work assistance on claims.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in
** Adelaide.**

**ABOUT YOU**
- You'll have a tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline or similar.
- Experience in injury management, workplace rehabilitation, or a clinical allied health setting
- Advanced knowledge of statutory personal injury schemes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with, and influence, stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating training desirable.
- Project management experience desirable
