**Job Description** Opportunity**:
As part of ServiceNow's rapidly growing initiatives, we are expanding our NextGen team. NextGen has a unique focus on creating alternative and accelerated pathways into digital jobs and employment in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Since its inception in 2019, NextGen has worked with nonprofits, universities, and workforce development organizations to create programs and connections that reach communities outside the traditional talent pipelines. This includes innovative programs such as the Northeastern degree apprenticeship program, job reskilling or upskilling programs for veterans, those returning to work, those transitioning into new jobs, and communities that have had limited access to employment. We measure our success through the number of program participants who are sustainably employed within one year of program completion.

**Role**

The ServiceNow NextGen team is looking for a Project Coordinator to join us. In this role, you will support key components of NextGen In House Programs in APJ. As a Project Coordinator, you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks to support coordination of NextGen programming. You will report directly to the Director of Business Process Management.

**What you get to do in this role**:

- Support scaling programs in region through administrative support to Snr Program Manager
- Support in building and managing relationships with NGOs across Asia-Pacific region
- Oversee the day to day operations of the In House program in Asia-Pacific region
- Manage relationships and build partnerships with the delivery staff (Teaching Assitants) across the In House program
- Identify and execute on areas for improvement of established processes
- Identify areas where new processes are required as a result of running day to day operations of the In House program
- Maintain accuracy of records and data on internal systems for reporting purposes
- Manage the offboarding process for any dis-engaged students
- Capture mid and post program survey results from students, delivery staff, mentors and employers. Work in collaboration with the NextGen’s Instructional Designer
- Support Snr Program Manager in the development and implementation of platforms to benefit the students learning journey
- Manage the CSM database for the Asia-Pacific region, aligning with US and Europe project coordinators to share best practice
- Support planning and execution of events - information sessions, networking events and power skill sessions
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resource guest speakers for In House program
- Lead engagement with NextGen graduates working closely with NextGen’s Alumni services team

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:

- 2+ years proven experience as a program/project coordinator or similar role
- Strong team player with the ability to foster positive and productive relationships
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high capacity work environment
- Ability to foresee and anticipate program needs
- Demonstrated experience managing multiples sources of data
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to proceed independently and carry out assignments to completion with mínimal instruction
