About the Role:
The In-Market Brands (IMB) portfolio comprises of over 60+ molecules, 7+ therapeutic areas, and accounts for almost half of total Novartis sales. The portfolio is diverse, comprising of products across F1/F2/CDL formulary, S85/S100, retail and hospital channels. Agility and Resilience are key traits required to succeed in IMB, as well as a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, and the strategic levers which will enable growth to be realized across the portfolio and enterprise.
We are seeking a highly motivated New Channels Marketing Lead to join our growing team. You will lead the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels to compliment New Channel growth. Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development and production stages of the Novartis eCommerce platform to support the successful delivery of the eCommerce strategy.
This role works in collaboration with brand teams and the broader Novartis cross functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of Novartis brands onto the eCommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercialization of products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team on decision making on Sales Force resource allocation in most optimal ways, through delivery of proven analytics based projects.
- Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers
- Planning and management, Gather requirements to develop detailed Project plans and Project estimations to task level. Proactively assist the Business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps.
- Leads and delivers marketing and eCommerce projects for the New Channels team, ensuring adherence to time-lines and quality objectives.
- Drive the demand generation agenda for New Channels, ensuring performce of the eCommerce platform and robust new lead handover to the sales team.
- Ensures delivery of efficient and high-quality deliverables. Provides effective and timely responses to adhoc requests.
- Co-drives commercial performance of the New Channels team including the success of the Novartis eCommerce platform.
- Contribute to quality and accuracy of forecast assumptions
- Takes initiative to drive standardization of reports across brands

**Role Requirements**

Essential Requirements:
- Experience developing and cultivating relationships with key partners and suppliers.
- Experience in CX, omnichannel and demand generation
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong digital product management experience managing platform lifecycles and backlog
- Proven eCommerce marketing experience in healthcare or a similar industry
- Agile trained with strong project management experience in complex environments
- Experience with agile tools such as Miro and Jira
- Experience with sales enablement methodologies
