$55,000 - $65,000 plus Super (neg pending experience)
Mon - Fri, 9 - 5

This role will span across 3 areas - Office Coordination, Accounts Administration and Social Media Management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- General administration assistance
- First point of contact for the office
- Managing stationary, ordering office equipment
- Keeping office tidy, booking meeting rooms etc
- Using systems and databases, you will process and manage invoices
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Managing social media pages, following up the team for copy and content for marketing etc
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in an office coordination role
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- Tech savvy, able to pick up programs quickly
- Great communication skills, well presented
