Our client, who are a market leading construction services provider who are currently seeking an Administration Officer to assist and support the senior management and large construction team based in the Hunter Region.


Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Performing key administration tasks for the Management Team, including meeting, and greeting visitors
  • Perform HR functions such as onboarding of employees. Coordination of internal & external inductions & training, maintenance of external induction & supplier portals, sourcing and coordination of accommodation, and resource allocation to projects.
  • Participate in company meetings, minute taking & recording of actions.
  • Assisting with Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Assisting with the processing of the payroll function, including datamatching timesheets
  • Data entry utilising our ERP software to generate reports, invoices and update administrative databases.
  • Assist in analysing workplace performance and implementing solutions to address barriers, errors, and anomalies.
  • Provide information to, assist, and liaise with the Finance and Administration Manager & General Manager
  • Responsible for inventory management, including ordering stock.
  • General Administration tasks as required from time to time.
  • Reception & front office duties
