**The Opportunity**:
We currently have an opportunity for an Innovation Manager, ANZ to join our Commercial Excellence and Innovation team on a 12-month fixed term basis in our Chatswood office _(hybrid working arrangements fully supported)_.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the ideation, evaluation, and execution of new product launches to align with ANZ strategy. This key position is responsible for helping drive innovation strategy across the ANZ portfolio whilst working cross functionally and with EMOs to execute this strategy.

**Key Accountabilities include**:

- Coordinating and executing new product development including leading, initiating and managing many of the ANZ product Innovation projects.
- Facilitating the acquisition of products and intellectual property including implementing integration plans to ensure successful transition into the iNova business.
- Adapting the iNova innovation framework to meet the needs of the ANZ business via NPD gap fill, brand stretch and new brand launch opportunities across all categories.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will possess a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries with at least 5 years commercial experience in sales and marketing functions.
- Key requirements include:_
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills and ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
- The ability to recognize future opportunities, assess future market dynamics and define investment strategies.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, including analyzing pricing, margins, and market share.
- Proven ability to identify new market opportunities and assessing future market dynamics.
- Innovative mindset with a track record of successful project management.
- An understanding of mergers and acquisitions, including risks and pitfalls, as well as best practices for successful acquisitions.
- A relevant business-related degree.
