**Description**:
The Opportunity
As Envirolab continues to evolve, we're seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to guide our people strategy towards even greater achievements. Reporting directly to the CEO and in close partnership with the founder and chair, this critical role provides the opportunity to shape and enhance our People function across Australia and New Zealand. You'll play a key role in our operations, spearheading recruitment, performance management, training, compliance, and initiatives to enrich our workplace culture.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What We're Looking For**:
A strategic thinker deeply aligned with our relaxed, innovative culture.
Proven experience in driving change and fostering a high-performing culture.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
A commitment to understanding and enhancing what makes Envirolab great.
Over 5 years experience in a similar role, backed by a relevant tertiary qualification.
A willingness to be involved in strategy development as well as day-to-day operations.
Experience with engaging, influencing, and building capability in leaders to achieve business outcomes
Experience in employee relations, in particular, interpretation of award and industrial instruments
Strong attention to detail. Demonstrated experience with analysing and interpreting remuneration and payroll data
General knowledge of payroll and regulated legislation
Previous experience with salary benchmarking
Experience and proficiency in performance management, industrial relations award management and interpretation
Demonstrated success in building high-performing operation teams, leading in a high-performing culture
Experience using the Elmo system for HR operations and payroll is preferred but not essential
