**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- As the Executive Assistant you will provide operational support to our friendly and supportive Divisional and Clinical Services Directors. This is a key role assisting and supporting them in their day to day operations.
- Full time permanent position, 80 hours per fortnight with an accrued day off every month.
- Position based at Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg.
- Provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Divisional Director and Clinical Services Directors of Women’s and Children’s Services.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous EA/PA experience essential.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and working in a complex. environment involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the use of the MS Office suite and quick to adapt to new technology.
- Experience with complex diary management.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision and direction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on all levels.
- Experience in a health care setting is desirable.
