**Our Client**
The client is a property investment & management company, who utilize their 20+ years of industry knowledge to help people create wealth through property.
They currently have a small, close-knit team & are looking for the right fit to join the family.
**The Role**
Your role will be a hybrid between Administration & PA with the majority of tasks performed leaning towards admin. You will be responsible to provide Administration support, including but not limited to;
- Reception duties
- Appointment coordination and calendar management
- Documentation preparation & presentation
- Managing workflows
- General administration duties
- Managing stakeholder relationships
**Skills & Experience**
- High level of customer service
- Positive attitude & friendly disposition
- Understanding of database management (Zoho)
- Sound knowledge in MS Office and Advanced Excel skills
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is desirable (but not essential)
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
