**The role is available on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months with a view to permanency.**

We're seeking an admin superstar to shine in this varied and fast-paced role which will be essential to the smooth operations of our business.

Gaining broad exposure to our diverse organization, the **Administrator **plays a significant role in supporting assigned Business Groups, and the broader leadership teams with day-to-day administration, preparing proposals and assisting with delivery of projects in conjunction with all team members. In return for your experience, we’ll support your professional development by mentoring and coaching you to further strengthen your admin skills.

**This position has great variety and will see you**:

- Schedule meetings and functions on behalf of Business Managers and Team Leads, organise presentations, catering, minute taking and follow up on actions as required.
- Formatting and presentation of proposals, reports and other documents.
- Support staff with their online travel bookings and provide guidance on travel policies and procedures.
- Project and related reporting.
- Assist Project Managers in processing project claims and following up on tasks assigned.
- Extract data for Project Managers to keep track of budgets and project expenditure.
- Provide Reception relief as required or via a rostered schedule.
- General and/or ad hoc administrative duties and support.

- Experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work both independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation.
- A strong focus on customer service and delivering outcomes.
