The role

As part of our Corporate group, the Administration Team Leader will provide effective leadership of the corporate Administration Team and provide support to the Chief Financial Officer.
- Supervise and have effective leadership of the Administration team, including head office Reception
- Coordinate day to day administration workflow and Reception coverage
- Provide support and training to administrative staff
- Allocate resources to ensure effective administration support across the business.
- Maintain electronic and hardcopy systems and procedures.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer including arranging internal and external meetings, calendar management and other support as required.
- Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home / office will be considered for this role._

About you
- Your skills and experience will include:_
- Cert IV Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 5 years’ administrative experience or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Proven ability conversing with all levels in the business
- Demonstrated high level of skills/experience using MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Sound knowledge of office practices and procedures, as well as a high level of competence in organisational and administrative tasks

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
