**Administration Assistant Employee Relations**

The Western Australia Local Government Association (WALGA) is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and efficient individual to join the team and contribute to supporting our dynamic Employee Relations (ER) team who provide an industrial relations, employee relations and human resources advisory service to Local Governments in WA and the NT.

This role will play a crucial part in supporting the administrative processes that drive our ER initiatives and will support the team to ensure seamless delivery of ER services to the sector.

**To be successful in this role you will have**
- Diploma or Certificate in Industrial Relations, Human Resources or a related discipline (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role supporting a team
- Experience in organising meetings, taking minutes and drafting reports
- Proficient in creating, editing and collating information
- Previous experience in a customer service related organisation (desirable)
- Understanding the importance of professionalism in handling confidential information
