Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships between Key Suppliers, the Procurement & Commercial Function, and Business Units, ensuring strategic partnerships that drive mutual success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, and other divisional peers, to maximize alignment of opportunities and initiatives.
- Champion a culture of Continuous Improvement and Optimization, constantly seeking ways to enhance arrangements and generate improved and sustainable commercial outcomes.
- Foster a high-performance team culture by creating an environment of clear accountability, learning, development, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the Procurement, Partnering, and Commercial teams to optimize current Supplier Relationship Management practices and facilitate their implementation.
- Engage with Senior Business Leaders to influence, drive, and deliver improved and more optimized commercial outcomes, benefits, and ways of working.
- Support the enhancement and optimization of contractual and commercial aspects of Supplier obligations through best-in-class operations.
- Take charge of project management for strategic initiatives, ensuring momentum, alignment, and value delivery within a highly matrix organization.
- Develop Procurement and Partnering strategies and plans to enable effective tactical, operational, and strategic relationships, fostering value for the company
- Performance:

- Drive, track, and support performance against agreed success criteria for the Partner Optimization & SDC team, while ensuring timely and high-quality reporting to the Leadership Team.
- Assist the Procurement and Supplier Management function in effectively implementing the Supplier Governance framework for relevant Suppliers, providing commercial oversight in line with Operational Excellence practices.
- Develop and provide valuable insights, opportunities, and reports for stakeholders on spend, Supplier performance, risks, mitigation, contract issues, contract changes, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, or Commercial roles, with a focus on optimization and value creation.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
- Strong project management abilities, with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives within complex and dynamic environments.
- Analytical mindset, adept at leveraging data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive positive outcomes.
