Senior Supplier Relationship Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client (Account) Director to join our dynamic team in the Melbourne office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of 80-100 supplier clients, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting supplier relationships, acting as the main point of contact and liaison between ArchiPro and our suppliers.
- Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to assess their performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Develop tailored strategies for each supplier to enhance their presence and engagement on our platform, including marketing initiatives, content creation, and promotional activities.
- Closely collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure supplier offerings are effectively integrated and promoted across ArchiPro's channels.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and offering strategic recommendations.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify and strengthen our portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive and competitive offering to our users.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring alignment with ArchiPro's strategic objectives and financial targets.
Competitive Base Salary
10% Uncapped commission on all sales and renewals. Based on portfolio value, the commission is valued at $100,000 annually.
