Are you 2IC Warehouse Manager looking to Grow into a Distribution Manager and looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2IC Warehouse Manager to join our team. As the 2IC Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing day-to-day activities of the Warehouse, ensuring customer orders are supplied to the highest possible level. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring accurate inventory management.
**Your new role**
- Supervise warehouse functions to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- Organize warehouse staff hours to meet customer expectations
- Ensure accuracy of inventory management
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide strong leadership and supervision to warehouse personnel
- Maintain daily warehouse operations
- Actively participate in a national team through the sharing of work practices
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Approved forklift license (reach truck)
- Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanners
- Knowledge and understanding of warehousing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts
- Monday - Thursday 6am - 14:30
- Friday 6am - 12pm
