Technology Alignment Manager

**POSITION OBJECTIVE**
To contribute in a meaningful way to the Netcare Purpose. The Netcare Purpose is to provide
technology strategy and execution that empowers business success for our clients by being more
productive and more secure.
**This is achieved by the essence of the role which is to**:
- Be the evangelist for standards and alignment
- Develop a technical relationship with assigned clients based on the Technology Success process
**REPORTING STRUCTURE**
This position reports directly to the Technology Success Manager and indirectly to the Operations Manager.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform onsite and/or remote Technology Alignment Reviews for assigned clients
- Develop a technical and business relationship with each assigned client
- Fully understand each assigned client’s business strategy as well as any applicable regulatory and security requirements
- Ensure alignment with best practices is effectively lowering occurrences of reactive issues
- Work with the vCIO team to review client business strategy, challenges, needs, and
opportunities
- Contribute meaningfully at the regular Standards & Alignment meetings
- Proactively maintain and improve assigned clients’ infrastructure and systems
- Develop and maintain site documentation of each assigned client
- Liaise with, manage, and advise clients, team members, vendors, and other partners as required
- Perform other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager
- Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position.
- Implement, participate, and promote Company Policies and Procedures, including Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
**KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
**QUALIFICATIONS & CAPABILITIES**
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- NSW Class C Driver Licence
- Computer-related industry certifications
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and lift 15 kilograms
**EXPERIENCE/SKILL LEVEL REQUIRED**
- At least 3 years previous experience in IT administration and/or technical support
- Familiarity with IT service provider software (RMM, PSA, etc)

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)**
**RESULTS**
- Assigned clients understand the TAM role in delivering Technology Success
- Assigned clients have lower reactive time and tickets due to the technology alignment
process
- You can explain your role to clients and prospects in delivering Technology Success
- Display both business and technical acumen to your assigned clients and team members
- Genuinely believe this role enables your personal development
**MATH**
- Manage the number of clients assigned by the Operations Manager
- Complete technology alignment visits for assigned clients in accordance with the frequency defined in their Technology Alignment Agreement
**PROCESS**
- Schedule all technology alignment visits with assigned clients on a rolling 12-month basis
- Complete the review of all categories according to the scheduled frequency on a rolling 12- month basis
- Complete the scheduled technology alignment categories before actioning reactive tickets
- Have a beginning and end of day meeting with the client
- Following, utilisation and promoting of Company Policies and Procedures, Work Health, and Safety (WHS) requirements.
**Salary offer: $96,000 + Super**
