Are you a dynamic IT leader with a passion for driving innovation and managing high-performing teams? Hays Recruitment is seeking a Head of Technology to join our Team located in the Sydney CBD. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of 40+ IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

**Your new role**
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of IT experts, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
- Drive strategic IT initiatives that align with business goals, enhancing operational efficiency and technology innovation.
- Leverage your hands-on experience with O365 and Azure to oversee and optimise our cloud-based infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technological solutions that enhance productivity and user experience.
- Manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships effectively.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience managing a team of 20+ IT professionals, with a focus on coaching, development, and performance enhancement.
- Expertise in O365 and Azure, with a track record of successful implementation and management.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, demonstrated by the ability to drive technological innovation within a business context.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across various departments.
- Flexibility to work in our Sydney CBD office and the option to work from home 2 days per week.
