This role will engage you in a dynamic learning environment, providing hands-on experience and actively involving you in the business's day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager, collaborating with various internal teams to facilitate day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This dynamic role requires you to work onsite - our office is located in the Melbourne CBD with a modern office on Collins Street CBD, easily accessible by tram, bus, and train.

**About the Opportunity
**As a Junior Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in providing a great experience to our customers But not only that, you will also play a part in commitment to continuous improvement, participating in report analyses and contributing innovative ideas for process enhancement. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Operations
- Handle returns, refunds, spare parts and policy compliance
- Develop key performance reports for; refunds, warranty claims and compliance
- Oversee the Instock warehouse, managing both incoming and outgoing inventory
- Collaborate with Instock and Finance to report on warranty claim performance, and develop the end to end warranty process
- Organise and attend meetings with suppliers regarding warranty claims

Disputes
- Investigate disputes through root cause analysis and provide satisfactory outcomes for customers Collaborate with Documentation specialist to create best practice outcomes for common customer queries

Requirement/Criteria:

- Exceptional English communication skills (grammar, spelling and sentence structure).
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to lift objects occasionally, weighing approximately up to 10kgs
- Tech savvy and an ability to learn.
- Customer focussed mindset. Zendesk (or similar help desk software) experience is beneficial
