**What you’ll do
- Manage third party warehousing and transportation, providing effective and cost efficient logistics and administration support ensuring on time collection and delivery of project related products for Woolworths Supermarkets.
- Ensure that all equipment from racking to registers needed for new stores and store renewal is delivered in full and on time.
- Liaise with the Construction Equipment Project Managers to coordinate equipment movements in and out of 3rd party warehouses.
- Partner & collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Equipment Supply Team, International Logistics, Commercial team, Refrigeration, Maintenance and Safety teams, Finance team, Store teams) and with supplier partners.Manage & process freight and storage invoices, as well as handling tendering and quoting for specific freight projects.
- **What you’ll bring
- Knowledge of purchasing and Supply fundamentals
- Proven experience in Transport / Logistics / Warehouse and/or FMCG/Retail environment
- Strong administration skills
- High level Microsoft Office Suite in particular with MS Excel (Advanced)
- Ability to bring different stakeholders together to achieve outcomes
- Ability to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities
- Ability to compare data from different sources to draw conclusionsIntermediate knowledge of SAP
