**Job description**
Perth Window & Door Replacement is a industry leading home renovation company based in Malaga specialising in Window Replacement. We service many of Western Australia's residential builders as well as private clients.
**Opportunity**:
An opportunity has risen for a dedicated Operation Administration to join our busy team on a full time basis. The hours of operation are 8.30am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.00pm Friday.
**The Role**:
The duties of the Installation Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Updating Production Schedule
- Liaising with clients (e.g. installation dates, completion of jobs etc)
- Liaising with our subcontractors
- Booking in warranties, Installation issues/ PSR etc
- Scheduling of Installations - e.g. moving jobs around
- General administration
- Assist the Production Manager & Office Manager with other duties
- Minimum 1/3 Years in an administration role
- Confident multi-tasker who works well under pressure
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and energy
- Exceptional customer service & phone manner
- Must be detail focus
- Construction or technology experience ( desirable )
Pay: $45,890.16 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
