Australia's largest public museum organisation is seeking a professional individual with experience in the set up and ongoing management of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. **CRM OPERATIONS MANAGER**

**ABOUT MUSEUM VICTORIA**:
Museum Victoria cares for the State scientific and cultural collections, providing visitor access, activities and events at five distinct venues: Melbourne Museum, Immigration Museum, Scienceworks, IMAX Cinema and world heritage listed Royal Exhibition Building.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**:
The role is responsible for representing business goals, standards, and end user interests in the setup of a digital CRM solution and ensuring business value through the ongoing development of the solution. The role involves working closely with disparate teams across the organisation who have a need for, or provide technical and other support to, the CRM system.

Notable skills and experiences:

- Proven experience in managing a Customer Relationship Management system
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate confidently - both through speaking and writing - with colleagues and customers from all levels of an organisation.
- Self-motivation
- A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new opportunities

The successful applicant will be someone who has demonstrated experience in managing customer interactions and helping the business better understand its customers. They are responsible, with others, to engage with customers, build trusting relationships with new and existing customers, and growing our customer base.

**OTHER INFORMATION**

The position is full-time, fixed-term (3 years). The salary on offer is $90,067 (Base of grade) + 10.5% superannuation.
