The CRM Lead will manage the strategy and workload for the localised portion of the CRM team, which is a key part of the overall CRM strategy.

**What you will do**:
- Lead all copywriting and on-site content for all brands and regions
- Develop and deliver CRM Strategy on a localised level
- Lead a mid-sized team to be able to deliver on this strategy
- Enhance player lifetime value and reduce churn by leading a strategy that delivers the right
- content through the right medium, to the right players at the right time
- Report back to company with high end KPIs and results attributed to the work of the retention team, using all four mediums.
- Take control of the user journey, implementing strategy around all customer communication.
- Ensure sophisticated personalisation across all relevant markets
- Lead all copywriting and on-site content for all brands and regions
***What you will bring**:
- High-end retention marketing knowledge
- You can lead a large team, and have led a large team in the past
- Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments
- An eye for detail, enhancing the experience of customers through top-line communication
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- You have experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
- Detail-oriented and well organised. You know how to prioritise, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
- You can manage complexity and to progress with several tasks at a time.
- Excellent gambling, sports and casino knowledge
**Bonus points if you also have**:
- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
