**About the opportunity**
- Because of you, you will be an internal key influencer in data management and governance._
As the CRM and Customer Management Lead, you will support the organisation’s sales team, through the management of their newly launched CRM system.
You will develop and deliver training to ensure effective utilisation of the CRM and support multi-channel customer engagement to oversee all system integration related to CRM system.
This position will play a pivot role in providing strategic guidance to sales and marketing team regarding customer segmentation, targeting, profiling and analytics enabling the sales force to focus on their market needs.
**Skills & Experience**
- Expertise in managing CRM systems and Reporting Management, essential
- National and Global Stakeholder and Vendor management, internal and external
- Superior communication and training skills
- Project Management, with ability to manage initiatives from strategy to implementation
- Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge, highly advantageous
- Tertiary requirements in Business, Science, I&T or related discipline

You will be comfortable in managing BI tools, data warehousing and promotional material warehouse, as well as developing new reports / dashboards to meet business needs and provide constructive insight.
