**The role & team**
The CRM Manager role sits within Specsavers Marketing department, which comprises of roughly 70 members based in Melbourne and works collaboratively with a global brand function. Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, your core responsibilities will be to support the development, implementation and optimisation of lifecycle activity across optical and audiology utilising eDM, SMS, DM and surveys.
- You will actively participate in customer journey mapping, helping to identify opportunities across targeting, messaging, content requirements and support the delivery of a test and learn framework. You will develop briefs, work with a team of creative, analysts and developers to execute lifecycle campaigns that are data and insights driven. You will access Power BI self serve reports and develop Post Campaign Reporting (PCRs) and present insights & recommendations to key stakeholders. You will also work closely with the analytics team to build out segmentation strategies to improve customer lifetime value and optimisation of existing campaigns.You will own the execution of the Audiology portfolio including clinical and direct campaign marketing communication to new and existing customers. You will also get exposure working collaboratively with the wider marketing department to support the delivery of the CRM component of some integrated marketing campaigns. This role also supports the Senior CRM Manager with executing planned annual initiatives that improve the customer experience across CRM channels.

**The skills we are looking for**
- Significant experience in direct marketing or CRM (5 years+), ideally within a comparable fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in executing direct CRM activity and reporting on CRM campaigns, providing strong insights and recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to take stakeholders on a story-telling journey using data
