**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Update and develop training and competency content and training packages;
- Implement process and system solutions to facilitate continuous improvement;
- Meet and network with senior leaders from across the ANZ region;
- Cross-collaboration with the wider business including: Operations, Health & Safety, Human Resources and Digital Business & Technology;
- Researching, designing and scheduling training course ideas;
- Assist with development and upgrade of training packages for equipment and vehicle competency in line with the company, manufacturer and regulatory requirements;
- Providing support to trainers and assessors; and
- Reporting national training progress and providing gap analysis.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (required).
- Exposure or experience with Cloud Assess training system (highly advantageous).
- Experience in an operational environment, fleet management, vehicle logistics, mining or for an RTO (high advantageous).
- High level of communication, organisational skills & computer literacy.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to clarify, resolve issues, time management, and decision making.
- Have demonstrated ability to work both independently
- Be process and framework driven as well as strong systems and reporting capability.
