The Opportunity:


Veolia ANZ would like to offer an exciting role of Operations Supervisor to work with our Industrial Services team, at Origin Energy's Eraring Power Station.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager you will provide operational and technical supervision of works performed.
  • Facilitate job startups and review jobs for compliance permits and documentation required.
  • Monitor and lead team performance of all onsite staff including Veolia employees, labour hire and contractors.
  • Ensure that all team members are adequately trained and qualified to perform their duties in a safe, competent and responsible manner to Veolia and client standards.
  • Manage Veolia assets in line with our policy and processes; ensuring all daily operational checks are completed and documented.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all Veolia and client stakeholders to deliver a high performance of contract obligations.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Supervisory or leading hand experience in a heavy industry environment.
  • Experience coordinating and leading projects and works.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Willingness for development and progression opportunities.
  • A high level of computer, time management and communication skills.
