Customer Service Manager

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the main focus of this role will be to proactively service Integrated’s client base while constantly seeking opportunities for Integrated to make our clients roles easier through better training, product knowledge or new product/service opportunities.
**Main duties and responsibilities**
Core objectives include:
- Ownership and management of assigned client relationships.
- Provide direction and feedback to Account Managers and Onboarding team members on shared client accounts inclusive of day to day people management.
- Manage, motivate and develop Account Managers and Onboarding team members across shared client relationships.
- Work with Sales, Business Development, and Onboarding teams to ensure client satisfaction during and after client onboarding.
- Drive and own the resolution of issues and reporting of progress to the client.
- Identify opportunities to improve and enhance customer experience/product design.
- Work with the broader Client Service Team team to develop and deliver training/educational materials/experiences for regular client meetings.
- Participate in process development initiatives to increase efficiency.
- Establish and maintain relationships with other internal stakeholders and departments.
