As our State Sales Manager you will be key in driving our business growth for our services in New South Wales at an exciting time where we are experiencing rapid growth. This role offers loads of variety. If you are someone who thrives in an environment that offers variety - then this could be your dream role
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Growing new hydraulic hose and fittings business through the identification and conversion of major Mining, OEM and EU account opportunities throughout New South Wales.
- Managing, mentoring and assisting a team of Area Sales Managers to meet their targets and grow the business.
- Developing new business sales strategies for company sales growth targets and franchise and distributor growth objectives.

About You
If you’re someone who thrives on bringing on brand new business opportunities and has a background in the mining, mechanical, industrial or automotive industry - we would love to hear from you
**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- To be a seasoned sales professional with a ‘hunter’ mentality
- A proven track record in identifying and converting new business
- Advanced influencing & negotiating skills
- To be results focused with a high level of initiative
- A high level of interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Experience in managing a sales team

Ideally you will be an existing Sales Manager with similar experience in a service-based industry. Experience in the hydraulics and/or mining industry would be an advantage and well regarded
