**About US**:
HEQS Wholesales Group is a market leader in Furniture and White Goods Appliances industry and hold an established but growing position in the sector. We are an Australian family owned and operated business, established for over 20 years, experiencing an exciting period of growth.
Alpen import and wholesale over 1000 SKUs from our Sydney warehouse and are constantly bringing new products to market. While we are well established in Sydney metro, we are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated sales representative to grow our business in Greater Sydney as well as the Northern and Western regional areas of NSW. Primary focus will be into retail customers in the furniture and appliance sector, as well as wholesalers/distributors in the hospitality/accommondations sector.
**About You**:
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious sales professional with a drive to succeed. Join our NSW on-road Sales Team, focusing on the growing Greater Sydney area as well as the extended North and West regions, you will report directly to the National Sales Manager and work alongside our existing NSW Sales Representative.
Critical will be your abilityand hunger to win market share and grow/strengthe relationships across the state.
The role encompasses: visiting established and potential new customers; selling in new product ranges; backfilling gaps in customer ranging, taking orders and driving customer traffic to our website; occasionally merchandising stores; conducting product education and training; completing call reporting; contributing to New Product Development idea generation and communicating with key decision makers to win new business. Some country travel will be required.
The package includes a salary based on experience, a fully maintained company car, superannuation, iPad and mobile phone. These items are also available for use outside work hours for personal use, providing additional salary package benefits. There is also the potential for performance-based bonuses.
- Minimum of 2 years of sellingexperience as an on-road sales representative in retail and wholesale channels.
- Experience selling a large numberof SKU's across a broad rangeof customers is desired.
- Highly enthusiastic and determined to grow and improve the existing business.
- Learn quickly and can adapt to the company’s operating methods & systems.
- A desire to provide exemplary service to customers in a manner that achieves sales growth.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills. Good computer and data entry skills.
This role has a good amount of autonomy, combinedwith an established sales team and excellent support structure from the company’s head office team. For an experienced salesperson, it provides a great opportunity to gain satisfying resultsand make a significant mark in this respected company.
