We are seeking a highly skilled IT Recruitment and Personnel Coordinator to join our team at EBR in Homebush. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, partnering with project managers to recruit a wide range of roles for high-profile clients and projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, and possess a high degree of attention to detail and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
  • Manage the recruitment process for multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Partner with project managers to recruit a wide range of roles for high-profile clients and projects, utilizing strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Coordinate with all departments/states to requisition employees, assist in orientation, training, development, and evaluation of personnel.
  • Create and maintain accurate personnel files, following established standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in IT recruitment or a similar field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A high degree of attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
