Urbis is a community of passionate problem solvers, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact. We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team in Sydney or Melbourne.

You will play an integral part in supporting Urbis & Cistri in our strategic objectives and projected growth plans through providing high-quality administrative support and coordination assistance to our Talent Acquisition Specialist in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing quality administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team through coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting and posting job adverts, interview scheduling and reference/police checks
  • Management of the careers inbox and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • General recruitment and applicant online filing and file maintenance
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team members to develop the national and regional student internship induction program
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and legislation relevant to the jurisdiction
  • Supporting the broader People & Culture team with initiatives and projects as necessary

About you

We are looking for someone with administrative work experience, a degree in Human Resources is advantageous but not essential. You will need excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills, and an intermediate to advanced level of experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
