About the Position:

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a motivating and supportive team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our reputable recruitment team, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.

Duties:

  • Meet and greet Clients and Candidates
  • Manage and set up company meetings
  • Format resumes
  • Post job advertisements
  • Data Entry
  • Adhoc administration tasks

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and a strong attention to detail. No prior experience in administration is required, as we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
