**The Role**:
At Haast, we're seeking a strategic Customer Success professional to shape how enterprises adopt and maximise value from our AI compliance platform. You'll work directly with compliance and legal teams at major financial institutions, helping them transform their risk management processes while gathering deep insights to drive our product evolution. This role combines technical platform knowledge, strategic consulting, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Partner with enterprise clients to transform their compliance processes
- Develop deep understanding of clients' unique risk positions and regulatory needs
- Translate complex compliance requirements into platform configurations
- Drive platform adoption and identify new use case opportunities
- Provide strategic guidance on compliance automation best practices
- Gather and synthesise client feedback to inform product development
- Build relationships with legal and compliance stakeholders
- Create and maintain client success frameworks and methodologies

**What You'll Bring**:
**Must Have**:

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management
- Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries
- Track record of managing complex technical implementations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to identify and explore new business opportunities

**Nice to Have**:

- Legal or compliance background
- Management consulting experience
- Experience in RegTech or FinTech
- Knowledge of marketing compliance frameworks
- Background in enterprise software adoption
- Experience with AI/ML platforms
- Project management certification
- Experience working with product teams
