Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across three campuses in the north-east of Melbourne and state-wide. Payroll is located in HR Shared Services (HRSS), which is part of People & Culture. HRSS has over 30 employees across Payroll, HR Systems, Salary Packaging and HR services departments.
We currently have a Chris21 payroll system and are moving to SAP Success Factors in May. We have UKG Pro (Dimensions) timekeeping for the majority of employees and are moving the remaining employees to this during this year. We will be relocating (from Ground floor to 1st floor) to newly renovated offices in June. We pay 11,000 employees across 8+ EBA's plus 2 Modern Awards. It is fast paced and a fun environment.
This is an opportunity for an experienced payroll professional with SAP payroll and ideally UKG Pro/Dimensions experience to join our fast paced high performing team, replacing an employee who has been promoted within the team. It is an exciting time to join us during our system trasnition and add your experience to the team.
