**Your Impact**

This 6-month Max-Term opportunity will involve being responsible for accurately processing payroll transactions for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

This role involves handling payroll data, resolving payroll discrepancies, and providing support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. This payroll specialist role will initially be primarily responsible for NZ Weekly payroll.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner, for the NZ weekly payoll
- Process new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in payroll status.
- Generate payroll reports for management and accounting purposes.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Assist in payroll audits and compliance reviews.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

**About You**

We are looking for an individual that is experienced within large volume end to end payroll processing and has the ability to work collaboratively with their team members.
- Demonstrated experience working with Chris21 or iChris system
- End to end payroll experience on a large scale
- Experience working with hourly based staff payroll
- Excellent written communication skills
- NZ payroll experience is desirable
