- Ability to interact effectively with a broad range of external stakeholders including clinicians, health service managers and consumers, to represent and present on behalf of the Agency for Clinical Innovation.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to further develop implementation across localities for program promotion, management, reporting and evaluation.
- Manage multiple projects and activities with non-negotiable timeframes and requiring high quality outcomes and deliverables.
- Ability to contribute to the continued development and implementation of the Patient Reported Measures Aboriginal Health proof of concept program, in partnership with key stakeholders.

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.

**What you will be doing**

The Patient Reported Measures Project Officer will support the continue co-design, and implementation of the ACI's Patient Reported Measures Program, inclusive of the Health Outcome and Patient Experience (HOPE) platform to improve the patient, staff and consumer experience within NSW Hospitals and Health Agencies.

The Patient Reported Measures Project Officer will support the collaboration between ACI Clinical Networks, Consumers, Carers, NSW Health Pillar partner agencies, Local Health Districts, Specialty Health Networks, Aboriginal Medical Services to identify and act on opportunities for reform and innovation in care delivery.

This position will specifically contribute to the continued development and implementation of the Patient Reported Measures Aboriginal Health proof of concept program, in partnership with key stakeholders.

**Employment Type**: Full Time - Temporary for a period up to 30 September 2024

**Remuneration**: $106,142.00 - $125,241.00 per annum excluding Superannuation
**Hours Per Week**: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

**Selection Criteria / Questions**
- Must be a person of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent who has a demonstrated ability to work with and earn the trust and respect of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people, communities and organisations.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
- Proven ability to provide executive support to a diverse range of project teams in a public sector environment.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of state wide projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a broad range of external stakeholders including clinicians, health service managers and consumers, to represent and present on behalf of the Agency for Clinical Innovation.
