About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in the Improvement team, as the
Manger of Patient Reported Measures. This role supports the organisation to embed patient reported measures into services and utilise measures to improve the care and outcomes for our patients.
The Manager, Patient Reported Measures will collaborate with the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation and various key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the IT PRM solution, and the integration of PRMs across the health setting on an ongoing basis.
The SVHNS Manager will work collaboratively with Network Stakeholders, Consumers, Clinicians, Primary Health Networks and Primary Health Care staff, by way of full project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation and milestone reporting.

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
- Experience in working with patients and carers to capture their experience/outcomes and improve their care.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management, leading implementation of projects and/or initiatives and change management.
- Experience in change-management and demonstrated successful approaches to implementing large scale, complex programs.
- Highly developed analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret and package complex information rapidly and accurately using verbal and written communications.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
