**About the Role**:
NHP are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated
**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT** professional who is keen to join our Sales team based in Melbourne.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will have full flexibility, ownership and will co-develop customer account strategies that will increase NHP’s market share. Help to achieve your customers goals with sales solutions, backed by a full product portfolio.

With an understanding of the electrical market you will tap into the wider supportive resources within the business to develop effective strategies and customer proposals. This role is focused heavily on our End User customers within the Food & Beverage industry such as: Mondalez, Chobani, Fonterra & TipTop to name a few.

**Technical training & support provided **At the cornerstone of NHP’s success, technical training and business support tools are high upon the agenda for personal & professional growth. With a variety of expertly developed programs that are both internal and externally produced they position NHP as a market leader in the field of staff training.

**Ideally you will have / be**:

- Previous experience selling B2B
- A track record in delivering sales results & servicing customer needs
- An ability to ‘listen to the customer’ & translate needs into business solutions
- Exceptional communicator with strong influencing & relationship building skills
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
- Effective time management & organizational skills
