We have a wonderful opportunity for an established leading financial institution to add value, executive and implement initiatives in the community.

They are looking for a Community Development Coach that will successfully guide the community development team in developing, analysing, and putting into practise CCO initiatives aimed at enhancing and growing the community. These programmes should focus on education, diversity, social media, and historically significant institutions. In this role you will be reporting to the Chief People Officer and developing and enhancing internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and uphold a team performance culture that satisfies the demands of all business units and stakeholders for both proactive and reactive CCO community development

Promote and carry out the CCO Strategic Plan's main goals in accordance with the Group Culture & Community Manager's recommendations for community development

Provide support and advice in the negotiation and implementation of change within the workplace regarding learning and other development initiatives.

Effective engage and influence stakeholders to improve and increase their engagement and promotion of community growth initiatives.

Identify, develop and manage initiatives that build and establish community efforts regarding diversity across the three main pillars: LGBTQIA+, Cultural Heritage, and Gender equality.

Design and promote the efforts of the business through social media channels.

Direct, develop and promote learning programs consistent with corporate plans and strategies.

Identify and champion new learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and community growth initiatives across the group that ultimately develop the community culture.

Identify, prepare and submit information for consideration and maintain Employer of Choice Awards.

Create, execute and maintain a sustainable engagement with LinkedIn Learning for the focus and commitment to the key value of Learning.

Ensure Budget Management of all relative CCO community development related costs across CCO initiatives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Organisational Development background or DE&I, Learning & Development experience will be highly regarded.

Adopt and promote Agile work practices which include team-based stand-ups and learning through retrospectives and experiments to progress Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Embrace and promote a learning culture by incorporating use of internal and external learning platforms to drive continuous learning and development,

Promote a risk aware and compliance-based culture by adhering to company guidelines

Identify, develop, and lead initiatives aimed at lowering waste and enhancing departmental efforts to address "green-based" solutions.

Champion their diverse and inclusive culture by participating and supporting others to feel safe, respected, valued and promoting equal opportunities for everyone to contribute.
