With over 1700 locations worldwide, **Five Guys** is an international burger and fries joint giving customers craveable, from scratch food and making sure they get more than they expect.

New to the Australian market, we have recently opened two stores in NSW and shortly to come the first Five Guys in Victoria with more to come.

As a vast developing brand, we are looking for an **Operations Administrator** who is located in NSW to assist our Team of Restaurant Managers in areas of operational management such as People, Guest, Sales & Profit. In addition, _you will be required to actively participate in service and perform restaurant ‘operational’ related tasks._ You will be responsible for two stores in NSW and our soon to be opened store in Victoria with more to come.

**Areas of Accountability**

Assist by delivering on the administrative requirements in support of the Restaurant Manager and their delegates to ensure set administrative standards and compliance is met related to Operations and People management.
- _Assist in Restaurant Operations from an administrative perspective_

These areas will include tasks of record & labour control, financial transaction, record keeping and management support to organise meetings & agendas
- _Assist our People from an administrative perspective_

These areas will include booking & coordination on interviews/skill assessments, hiring & onboarding procedures, record keeping of training as well as assisting in employee related achievements. Assist to ensure all employee compliance documents are in place.

**What we are looking for**:
**This role requires a profound understanding of operational related tasks. You need experiences in advisory procedures and administrative knowledge of record keeping and people management.**
- Further the role will still require a hands-on work attitude to be actively on floor if required by the Restaurant Manager to support operations_.
- 2+ years’ experience on a supervisory level
- People & Leadership skills - your team is your biggest asset
- Relevant administration experience to this role essential.
- Proficient computer and systems skills essential.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative and maturity to handle a range of situations
- Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the course of work
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Ability to work a rotating roster across a 7-day week including public holidays
- This Role is based in NSW
