**People Operations Administrator**:

Our People Operations team plays an integral role in creating an exceptional employee experience across SafetyCulture. The People Operations Administrator role is a critical enabling role within our broader People & Culture team, acting as the engine that powers the entire team. You will be the first line of support for all HR enquiries and ensure our HR systems are up to date to enable data-driven decision-making. You will help deliver seamless experiences from employee onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between.

**How you will spend your time**:

- Act as the first line of support for all queries in our People Central ticketing system, including triaging, resolving, or escalating tickets as necessary
- Ensure a seamless experience during crucial touchpoints such as onboarding, offboarding, and promotions. This includes preparing relevant paperwork and making necessary system updates
- Maintain and regularly audit employee data and documentation to enable data-driven decision-making
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, People Partners, IT, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure an exceptional employee experience
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities across various functions such as IT, Finance, People, and Revenue Operations, enhancing efficiency and collaboration
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to refine and evolve existing people processes and policies
- Support with ad-hoc project work that aims to scale and enhance the employee experience as we grow

**About you**:

- Knowledge of HR (ideally tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field)
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to create a great experience during key employee touchpoints
- Ability to work with both efficiency and precision; high detail orientation and organisational skills
- Ability to quickly shift priorities to manage day-to-day while setting and meeting agreed deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in building a career in P&C / People Operations
- Strong work ethic Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- An ability to maintain composure, accept feedback, and achieve success in a fast‐paced environment
