**The Role**
Make a difference in our community

In this multi-faceted role you will manage the day to day operational requirements of the corporate Customer Service Team, including, digital services and administration. The Coordinator Customer Services will as part of a team supervise front line customer service staff across several sites. In addition to this you will also be required to play a key role in the organisations Customer Experience and Digital Experience (CX/DX) Transformation Strategy which aims to enhance the customer experience.

**About you**
To succeed in this role you will need to have exemplary customer service skills and have the ability to lead and develop people. A primary focus for this role will be to review the overall customer experience for selected services and identify areas for improvement. Organisationally we aim to increase our end to end service availability for our community. This project will require a customer focussed person to provide input in order to guide the outcomes to ensure they are customer driven.
