**What you can expect as a Retail Administrative Specialist, with us**:
- You’ll be the first impression of E&S greeting customers & suppliers
- To have fun Life is too short not to, right?
- No 2 days are the same in our fast paced world class showroom.
- Juggling customers on the phone and in person to provide the best customer experiences possible.
- Providing exceptional customer support to our people, including processing of payments, and coordinating deliveries.
- Supporting the showroom completing administrative tasks such as data entry, inbox maintenance, banking, customer reconciliations and client after sales service
- This role will be based in our Blackburn Showroom
**The Finer Details**:
- This is a full on site role.
- The hours of work required are 9:00am -5:30pm Mondays & Fridays
9:00am - 5:00pm on Saturdays and 10:00am -5:00pm on Sundays
- No late night trading
**Here’s what we’re looking for**:
- A people person
- Customer service or administrative experience from any customer facing environment such as Retail, Hospitality, Travel, Contact Centre, Sales.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- An individual who is self motivated with strengths in time management, prioritisation and multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment.
- A strong work ethic and dedication to go that extra mile
- A team-orientated mindset and approach.
- Basic Computer Skills
