Working with a professional services organisation based in the CBD, we are looking or a part time administrator with exceptional administration skills. This role is permanent part-time, working 3 days per week in the office. This role will suit someone who has a good foundation of administration sills or who has been in administration for the majority of their career and enjoys this type of role. If the successful candidate comes from a Financial Services or Professional Services background, even better

The role:

  • Supporting in a team of 10 alongside 2 other support staff
  • High levels of document control
  • Meeting minutes and dairy management
  • Preparation of expenses
  • Client liaison
  • General ad-hoc admin and supporting duties

The successful candidate:

  • Will be an experienced administrator who has had a career in administration
  • Ideally someone who has worked in a Financial Services or Professional Services environment
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience with high levels of document control
  • Good organisation and accuracy skills
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems

  • Salary of $75,000 package
  • 3 full days - days are flexible at this stage
