Reporting to the Administration Manger, the main focus of this role is to assist in maintaining all client relationships by responding to queries, assisting with the production workflow and other relevant administration duties which will consist of the below:

- Update clients details on all portals
- Reception relief and duties associated with reception
- Conduct title searchs
- Business name registrations, renewals, transfers and cancellations
- Administration supoort duties to directors
- Scanning and filing as required
- Update and create procedures/templates
- Providing administrative support to our PA's;
- Collation of annual compliance packages;
- Incoming & outgoing mail;
- Process monthly invoicing/debtor statements; and
- Meeting the office's all-round general administrative requirements.

To be successful in obtaining an interview for this position, it is imperative that you have prior experience within a professional services firm.
